Avoid new players from playing Arena - Set a minimum number of games

A good player can reach 100 ELO with max 5-10 games and can create new accounts very often, while 100 games you need few days to reach and is not that 'easy' to delete account and create new one and so on.

A good player does not create dummy accounts just to play Arena, and requiring 100 matches would most likely discourage honest players from even trying. I know that there are very few games (if any) I would be willing to play 100 "random" matches before being able to play Arena.

Sadly it happens in Bang! arena, so my suggestion refers only to Bang!, I have not faced the same with other games. I face new accounts everyday and then next day account is deleted or not active playing anymore. You can see others agreeing in the post are all bang arena players who have faced the same.
Example arena winner season 13 has only 50 games and then is banned by BGA for cheating.

A Bang! dev is here. What do you mean by cheating? If anyone could provide some examples of cheating. e.g. gaining extra HP or specific cards, I would be glad to investigate and help. If by cheating you mean playing using 2-3 accounts to make a specific account win - that would not be possible from our side unfortunately.

By cheating I mean mostly in Arena as in Bang! I have seen lot of people creating accounts to cheat by helping their main accounts or playing against specific players to make them lose on purpose so their main account can benefit from it.
To avoid that its clear that it is difficult from BGA, so my suggestion was to put a higher limit for players to join arena for Bang! as for example you can win 3 games and reach an ELO>100 and start playing arena, after 10-20 games your mission is complete and to not be very visible players remove that account and create a new one.
In my opinion if the game limit to join arena would be higher lets say 50-100 games played this practice would be harder to apply as it requires more effort and discourages people from applying that method to cheat, creating an account every 100 games its not very easy to do from user prespective.
In general suggestion doesnt avoid multi account cheating but avoids creating dummy accounts for that purpose.

Down point for this is that might be really new players in BGA that want to join arena, not cheaters but if the number of games played is for all BGA games not only Bang! it would be easier.

That's only my suggestion and opinion based on my experience that players with accounts with 10-30 games dissapear after few days, usually abandon the game if situation is not good for them as not really losing much, insult and behave bad in tables etc.

Unfortunately game devs could control everything inside the game only. Arena, ELO, starting new games and all that is BGA website functionality. We have zero control of those things. Our code works from when the game starts, not everything around.
If players do something which is not allowed by the rules - that's where I can help. Everything else - sorry
