Unable to choose options on any game

Weird bug...
I can click play on games as usual...but am unable to click and choose any options.
Noticed it first on Catan...the new option for cities and knights is there...but I can't click it and choose it.
Husband has a non-premium account and has not problem choosing options...same computer...same browser...

Have logged in on multiple devices and it appears to be something to do with my account, not my computer. Same issue on multiple devices...

The more I investigate...any game that has options...I can't click on them...can only play the base standard version.

Any ideas?

Is it possible that you have 'Arena' set for the games you've tried? If that's the case then it won't let you change the settings (as they're fixed for each Arena season).
