no notifications on my smartphone

hi, in the beginning, i always got a notification if its my turn in the games on my smartphone. since a couple of weeks nothing. i looked in my options on bga profile and everything should work. but it doesn't. i use firefox.
i guess i am a bit stupid, so maybe you can help me out

This happens to me on occasion. Go to your settings and toggle the notifications off then back on and you should start receiving them again.

I'm not getting notifications either. I used to buy they stopped. I checked that they are on in bga settings and in android. Any ideas anyone?

Same here! This is my first time in the forums and I came here just to see if anyone else is having this issue. I've tried turning all the settings off and on again but it still doesn't work. Don't know what else to try.

I'm on android. Maybe a recent OS update has broken them?

Same problem.
It is now the emails that advised me.
In the past, I play quickly when receiving the Chrome notification in Android and then I receiving only few email notifications.

Myself and my 5 friends have also noticed this happening. Mix of Android and iPhone. I tried toggling notifications via the BGA settings. On my phone, BGA doesn't read as a separate app for which I can toggle notifications.

Same here, no notifications on Android phone. Was notified via email that my time was running out.
I have the same with other apps, so might be an Android issue, like others stated.

HOW I RESOLVED IT:
- Cleared Cache and Data from Google Play Store app.
- Cleared Cache and Data from BGA app (this forwards to Chrome, click 'Delete data and reset permissions')
