Site saying "Sorry, we cannot load your page"

Recently, when I enter the site on my PC it doesn't work, and shows a red banner saying "Sorry, we cannot load your page". This happens on 2 different PCs, though in both I'm logged into chrome. Significantly, it works in private browsing. I tried deleting website's cookies, it didn't help. I don't especially want to delete ALL of my cookies, though. Does anyone have any ideas what to do? (Other than playing in private browsing from now on.)
