Seeking Advice for ALPHA Testing Request Processing

Hello BGA community members,

I'm seeking some advice regarding the ALPHA testing request process on Board Game Arena. I submitted a request to move my game into ALPHA testing three weeks ago, and I was informed that the review and processing could take from 1 to 2 weeks. However I have not yet received any updates on the status of my request even I have sent some enquiry emails.

If you have any suggestions on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm eager to move forward with testing and to bring my game to the BGA community. Its really a great game!

I'm waiting for ticket processing as well. Nowadays it's taking 3 or more weeks.

I have three games awaiting alpha approval. It's been a while.

At one point, they posted a schedule saying they would approve on Mondays and Wednesdays, but that no longer appears to be the case.

I'd love it if they could just approve our games on merit. We've developed a dozen BGA games at this point.
