That looks like a good game, I'm going to give it a go.

I just noticed that I have same opponent in 6 tables. If I win all of them, how many wins worth of elo I get after reductions. Is it like 3? Apparently making bunch of tables in game with small playerbase is "power leveling" and needs to be punished. This is better than initial implementation of this system as at least there is no more elo leak, but it still creates weird incentives and ruins competitive integrity.

Yep, it is rubbish. I play a lot in a game where there are around 30 players in Arena and 14 in Elite. How often do you think we meet the same players in an Arena match?

I have been playing lot of kings in the corner lately. Unfortunately it is still in beta so no arena. Would be nice to have arena as at least arena points do not yet have win streak penalty so there would be another interesting metric. Although it is almost entirely luck-based game so elo and arena points are both quite meaningless metrics anyways.

I encounter this with turn based games as well. There is a good chance that if you open 3 tables the same user will see all 3 and join. People have mentioned you don’t get to choose your opponent in arena but that is the same for tb games.

What baffles me most is the complete lack of communication. Even if there is no intention of correcting the mistakes made so far, the bare minimum would be to let the players here know. It takes practically zero effort to write a message along the lines of 'we have other issues to attend to, don't expect ELO changes anytime soon' - if this is indeed the case. As it stands, we don't even know this much for sure.

Please show some respect to the players and respond.

I created a bug report for the win probability calculation displayed in the small popup window after a game is completed. One idea is to solicit a reply through the bug report system, but in all fairness, that is an actual, site-wide bug: the win probability calculation is incorrect, since it is based on the regular ELO formula which is no longer in place. You can read about this a little bit more in the bug report, and I am also happy to explain further here.

If you agree, please vote for the bug report.

Thank you! The current "Elo" is not a good indication of player skills anymore.

I agree, but that's not a reportable bug in itself. The win probability calculator is.
