Site wide issues today around 8pm CET

Hi,

today around 8pm CET many players got their sessions frozen and couldn't get back in the game.
Would be nice if the penalties for quitting those games got removed. I believe that's par for the course with server issues, but so far there hasn't been an official acknowledgment of this event.

I assume there were posts or bug reports about this? I haven't heard anything about it, or noticed anything on the forum, though maybe I am looking in the wrong place.

I imagine BGA staff were not viewing it live either, if it was 8pm on a Saturday.

I don't know what is the usual channel for reporting such issues, which is why I posted it here. I guess I shouldn't expect someone to always be on stand by. If admins check the global chat log around that time they'll see there were a bunch of people all reporting the same problem. Their game sessions froze and they couldn't get back in the game. I resolved it by quitting the game and then I was able to create another one. The penalty is not a big deal, but if a bunch of people got them undeservedly then it might be worth checking out. Or not, since I'm the only one mentioning it.

Around 9 p.m. CEST on Saturday, there was an intermittent problem with one of our servers. Every penalties has been canceled.
