studio account creation two bugs

1) I clicked "Register" after filling out the form. The "Register" button disappeared, probably by design. 30(?) seconds later I got a notification up top that I might not be connected, and the button re-appeared. I know from receiving an email that my registration did go through.

2) When clicking "Register" again, I got a red error notification up top with a raw SQL error message in it, indicating there was a duplicate row for my username. That should probably be prettified.

I believe I experienced the same error. Using Google Chrome version 39.0.2171.95 under Linux Mint Debian 64 bit, I chose the same developer username as my arena username, and the following error message briefly appeared when I clicked on register (my personal info edited out):

There was no indication on the page that registration occurred. But, I got an email anyway, so it must have worked.
