Suggestion: Two tier Arena next season

I’m wondering given the popularity of AN on BGA, if we could have a 2-tier arena next season. Something like Tier-1 for >350 ELO and tier-2 for <450 ELO (those in the middle can choose). I’m a mid- 200’s ELO player but it seems to me that most of my opponents are at least 350+. It’s fun occasionally to play others way above my ELO, but I’d prefer to have mostly competitive games; I’m sure those at the higher ELO would say the same thing. Could this be done?
