Cannot report players - their chat is not logged

Hi,

In a game, we had a player with a BGA reputation in their 30s cursing people left and right in the game chat. I could not report them because their chat history disappeared from the game log. Is it a common issue here?

I've sometimes seen the log be missing.

After the game has completely ended, just report the player directly and link the exact table, and moderators should be able to see the messages even if you can't.
