Trying to learn this game and the tutorial seems very helpful so far. Sadly I am stuck when placing the red building (second advancement on the military track). I get the red building, want to place it, and it appears in the bottom middle district-but not inside the red square in the middle of that district. And I can neither undo nor confirm. After restarting three times it seems that this is not just a fat finger issue from playing on the phone, but that the house is maybe randomly placed in the selected district? Or do I just need to restart until I manage to ace it right on the first try?

Edit: solved. It let me build the red building in all spots and on the phone I seemingly kept missing it and was thzb unable to undo. But when I finally put it in the central spot, it worked fine
