How to Use Faction Abilities / Crimea Coercion

I'm Crimea right now in a game and I can't find anything to press to activate my faction ability Coercion to convert a combat card into any resource.

As Crimea, when you need to pay at least one resource and you have at least one combat card, the banner (where you click to choose actions and confirm turns) will have a button giving you the choice of spending a combat card. If you click on this, it will show you which combat cards you can choose from, and you will need to click on the one you want to spend. Then you will need to click on any remaining resources you need to spend for the current action.

Just want to add : you cant actually convert a combat card into a resource, that's not what Crimea's power is about.

You have to wait until you actually do a bottom row action to do so.

Keep in mind the game will let you spend the resources and still spend a card if you are not pay attention (ie. You have a 2 oil upgrade, it will let you spend 2 oil AND a card). Not sure if that is a bug or not.
