What is "Queens & Friend" anyways?

It doesn't appear anywhere in the rules PDF or the tutorial

If you select it, it describes what it does, looks like it adds 3 queens and two other cards?

I agree that this doesn't speak for itself.
Queens and Friend add 5 yellow cards which were included in KS Edition of Hidden Leaders.

Keeper of Discord : While this card is visible in your party: IF another visible card in your party would be buried, it is turned over instead

Emperor's Best Friend : IF this card is in the same party as the Buried Emperor at the end of the game. It counts as 2 visible cards for the winning faction

The 3 queens counts as 2 visible cards for the winning faction at the end if they are in the party of certain leaders.
Queen Of The Wild : In the party of Myrad or Lemron.
Well-Funded Queen : In the party of Enned or Cyra.
Queen Of The Streets : In the party of Pavyr or Xiadul.

It's just not mentioned anywhere at all

It'd be great to include in the tutorial (like in many other games)
