Can anyone recommend a similar game to play solo?

I am East coast USA with West Coast friends who are experienced Puerto Rico players. I want to hone my skills but the game won't let me practice solitaire. Does anyone know of a similar game that I could play alone? Thanks!

The game is also available in the Apple store. If you purchase it, you can play against 1 to 3 AIs (which are quite skilled). Puerto Rico is one of my favorite games and I like the iOS version quite a bit.
