IMO if a player runs out of time,they should still receive positive karma for finishing a game,to encourage them to finish games. Please do not change that.

If they don't get kicked after running out of time and complete the game, they do not lose karma. That should be incentive enough. They should definitely not be rewarded positively for going out of time.
