cannot change access level

Creating a turnbased game and I keep getting this error "Unexpected error: You cannot change access level with this table status". Why won't it let me add restrictions to the table?

This happens to me too. Generally I have noticed it after the table has been opened for joining (whether by specifically clicking or by the timer). Once it has been opened for joining, no change in restriction is available. The only option I have found is to abandon that table and create a new one, modifying the restrictions first.
