Where do I see the number of bonus tokens I have collected?

I also cannot find this info, which given the endgame bonus of number of bonus tiles should be shown as a resource somewhere.

Hi, the bonus tokens are visible on the player summary on the right side of the screen on desktop. They aren't visible on mobile, we had to remove some information or the summaries would have become too big, so a compromise was made.
