What’s wrong with karma ???

Just received a notification upon loading BGA that I couldn’t finish a TM game so I loose 4 karma points.
The problème is I wasn’t late on any game so far !
I connected three hours ago and was on time on all my games

This gane. You can see it by looking at your penalties in your profile. It's a tournament game, you were 16 min over time and you don't see it in your list of games anymore because you were booted. I personally think that kind of booting in a tournament scenario is pretty lousy, but it's within what's allowed, so it's a risk you run if you exceed your time.

Thanks for your answer. That’s very frustrating because most of the time I’m the one who is very patient with other players who don’t play as quickly as I do. The situation happens with other time line players if you fail to play before going to bed. Anyway… I really wonder if improvement can be made on this subject to encourage fair play and patience rather than excluding players for a few minutes late…
