Looking for partner to do game UI

I've got a simple card game fully implemented, but the UI needs work. I need some CSS and HTML/template development, as well as probably some rearrangement of the JS and event handling. Anyone out there want to join forces?

I'm too busy working on the dev of 4 games, and I have bad habbits I don't want to pollute other projects with (like sprites generated by JS with no CSS class use oO).
Anyone else?

I'd also appreciate if someone with a little time and experience could just give me some hints on what the admins are looking for, regarding polish. The games on the site already seem to have a wide variety of levels of UI development. Is Hearts "good enough"?
