Charged after unsubscribing from BGA premium?

Times are difficult for me financially at the moment, and so a few months ago I set my BGA yearly subscription not to renew. However, I have just been charged. But I haven't found a way to actually request a refund through the site or any way to talk to a real person. Is there any way that I can get in contact with the team? Thanks
