And then, I discovered today I was warn as an respectful player cuz I left the game on purpose...

The message and penalties when you leave a game (or are expelled) are automatic, no moderation involved.

If you are insulted/offended by a player during a game, just ignore them, finish the game, and report the player.

Yes, and I had was originally thinking that was the case for the -3 too, but the -3 in

shows up quite differently from the other minuses to reputation there.

I wouldn't worry about the -3 when you have so many timeouts and quits to your name. Perhaps focus on improving that first.
