Time not refreshing

My opponent had a time setting "fast".
I was not thinking long, but since I had lots of actions to make, the time expired and I was kicked.
There should be some time refreshment after action has been made.

Kinda agree but a problem would be that with the Recycler Robot you could go to an endless loop as you can pick itself from the discard pile.
Maybe this should not be an option in the first place?
