Winning Games, But Not Gaining Platinum Points Toward Elite League. Glitch?

Hi all.

Like the title says. I'm at 7 points, with 3 left until I hit the elite league. I've won a couple of games but both times I got zero points. Is this a glitch? Or is there something I'm not understanding about how that scoring system works? I've never had this issue in other games I play.

you don't gain points towards elite league if you play against opponents which are more than three leagues beyond yours, which, for TTR should be
silver and bronze if you are in platinum.
Once you manage to reach elite however even those games which didn't give you points to climb to elite will contribute to your ranking (which is
hidden until you reach elite)

I suppose that the level of the others players is too low and in this case you may win ELO points but no Arena point.
You should modify your play Arena configuration for this game and choose to play only with players on a level near or equal to your level !
Then you will not encounter the low level players in Arena for this game.

Fair enough. I never knew about any editing play arena stuff until now. I've always been a casual BGA player and I basically do whatever the quick matchmaking game selection option is called. Noted.
