How to provide a search url link from an outside site?

I'd like to provide links to BGA game pages from an outside (my) site where I have the name (and even bgg game id) of the game but searching this forum and trial and error I've not been able to figure it out assuming it's even possible at all?

Alternatively if a pragmatically available way to lookup a BGA game url via boardgamegeek id? All BGA game pages seem to have a BGG link to the game page so I assume it's in the BGA db ... unless each one is hardcoded on each BGA game page
