Losing player refuses to finish game.

I am way ahead in a real time game of Race for the Galaxy. At they end of the final round everyone has to discard down to ten cards. My opponent never did this and is now out of time. If I skip his turn do I get my points for the victory?

You should get 91% of the elo you would normally get because the game progression is showing 91%.

Yes. You get a percentage of points equal to the game's progression. Since it's 100%, you get 100% of the gain you'd get on a normal finish

Your opponent will lose 100% of a normal finish loss, regardless of the progression, plus a penalty of 10 points, I believe, and a also some karma.

It's more tricky in a 3+ player game, but with 2 players only, it's simple: expel.

Looks like sadly you didn't manage to skip it in time and it timed out, meaning you didn't get your points

Next time skip it if someone has blatantly stopped playing and you will get credited a win
