Project to update Mountain Goats tips on BGA Wiki

I changed the tips page for Mountain Goats since they seemed like generic gameplay reminders and not tips or advanced strategy suggestions for the game. Now it has more tips in my opinion. But, I want masters of the game to verify they are good tips and not traps that would harm your strategy for the game. Also, I made a section for Big Mountain Expansion which needs to be filled out, it's empty because I haven't played that yet.
