Stuck when it's players turn but bga says it's mine

I have this bug for a while now. Sometimes I'm supposed to make a turn, but it is actually the opponents turn. I also can not make any move in any other backgammon match until this player makes his turn. Which could lead to that the opponent doesn't make any move in 2 or more days and in the meantime I also can not play on my other games. Is there a work arround?

I suspect what is happening is that the opponent is forgetting to click "confirm"
This feature needs a countdown timer similar to Ticket to Ride.

Ive had this happen not infrequently as well; but I don’t think it is the failure of the opponent to hit the confirm as it also occurs for me in other games with no confirm button. Fortunately it usually resolves itself before I go over the time limits in other games but it is really annoying and as you say it puts a hold on your ability to play other games.

Same. So no solution for this, just to wait and hope? Until the next time when as well you'll wait and hope again?

I've had this, almost. Everything as described but I've been able to continue other games.
