Game keeps reverting to regular game

I have my preferences set to play the 1910 game, but every so often it becomes disabled and I can only play the original game. How do I avoid that?

In game settings, turn off random mode when you choose 1910 so you won’t be reverted to orginal game.

I do for example : PLAY NOW - SIMPLE GAME - REAL-TIME - AUTOMATIC and then I click on the parameter icon for the TTR game.
Then I can set in "1910 Expansion" part what I want but I see nothing about RANDOM mode.

When you choose 1910 expansion in custom options, check the right button there is a “random” button that you can turn it off/on. Hopefully it helps.

You probably mean the "flexible" toggle. There is nothing random in it, but if you let it on, it means you are flexible, so you also accept games that don't have the requested setting so you find games faster.

Now I have find where is the toggle.
It is not where I propose under PLAY NOW page but on the TTR game page.
It is the button with the 2 interlaced arrows at right of the 1910 Expansion option, I suppose.

Same. There's just times when the 1910 option does not work. It's there but it won't let me click to turn it on.

Are you playing on Arena, where settings are the same for every player?

I think I finally have figured this out. Make sure it is on PLAY and not ARENA. Sometimes it randomly switches to ARENA and then the 1910 extension is unavailable.
