One interesting thing is that first player losses on 4x15 but wins on 4x16

I don't think so. What is your proof?
I think these resuts are emperical.

Almost impossible to actually solve them. But these results are very likely to be true. Most of them with a winrate of >95%

But 7x7 and lower has been 100% solved already, this is why it isn't an arena mode.
