Restrict joining of games by ranking/category

It would be great if, when creating a new table, one could restrict who could join the table based on their ELO rating, ranking, or "title" (aka "expert", "good player", etc).

i think this is a good idea, but because there aren't that many players sometimes waiting for the right players might take a while. At times i have to wait up to 15 minutes for anyone to join a game. This would be good if there were lots of users.

We, I agree with Digitalpnk: this could be done later, with a bigger audience.
