Is "see final game situation" a premium-only feature?

When I finish playing at a table, I have a button to "See final game situation" (and a button to "Replay the last turn"), like in the screenshot below. My friends do not see these buttons (when checking the same tables, at the same time).

I have a premium membership, but my friends do not. Is premium the reason that the buttons appear for me, but not for my friends? Or is there some other reason? I checked https://boardgamearena.com/premium, and it says, "Access game statistics after each game," but I'm not sure whether this includes these specific buttons or not.

Nope, not a premium feature. Just it sometimes doesn't work. As it notes, those buttons are only supposed to be there for 24 hours and anecdotally I've heard that if someone uses the game replay (just out of shot on the right of the row of buttons below in your screenshot), the final game situation will stop being available. But I've found sometimes I just don't see those buttons, and my partner (who I often play with) can see them at the same time I can't. I'm premium and he is not, so it's definitely not about premium and if we have different states at the same time, then that kind of debunks the game replay use explanation.

Yeah it's a bug, but if you use the code inspector feature on the browser, sometimes you can find the link anyway. If it's been more than 24 hours since the game has ended, the link may not work though.
