Bell icon alert notification on also popular games?

The bell icon alert is perfect but is only used on not so popular games.
But is it possible to make this also happen with popular games?
E.g. I like to play the 'popular' game Distilled, but it's often hard to find people to play a game realtime.
I would be so nice if there was a bell icon so I could join games if there are started.
