Reorder and Back to Bag

As the game advances, after you draw your characters it offers you a chance to reorder or send back to bag.

You can't sent them back to your bag. You can however return them from a location to the market. Simply click on the follower you want to remove from a location and it will go back to your market. This comes with a penalty as you can now draw one less follower.

Rearrange is there for when you have the Gunpowder Tower. The Gunpowder tower acts as a Market extension (increasing your slots to 10 instead of 8). The Gunpowder Tower can sent deployed followers to different locations including the Beneficial Deeds board. Since you can't sent your starting followers there you might want to swap your starting followers for non-starting followers.
