Same destination tickets from game to game

I keep getting Danzig to Lisboa as a blue destination. it happened about five times in a row. Anyone know why that might happen? Newbie - I might be missing something.

It's random. If you change game modes though there's modes where you get to choose from 2 blue routes instead of just being dealt one.
