Hello,

Your post is a little over the place so I'll break it down into what I think you are saying.

For Venus Next and Turmoil. If you mean, when are they coming to BGA? The answer is very unlikely. Those are considered by many to be the worst of the expansions, and even if they weren't, they would take a while to code properly, because of all the added mechanics. If any other expansion comes to BGA I would put my money on the Hellas and Elysium boards.

As for corporations, that's difficult because it would make sense for them to come with their respective expansions (since many rely on the new mechanics).

As for Prelude 2, that hasn't even come out for public release yet, so I wouldn't expect BGA to get the licence anytime soon.

I would agree with the above replies. However, I did just want to point out that Prelude 2 is actually publicly released...I ordered from Fryxgames' website and already received my copy. Again, I don't think that makes it any more likely that it is coming to BGA soon/at all, but I just thought I'd point it out for those who have physical copies of the game.

They are all trash, I hope we don't see them till way later for preservation purposes. It's a blessing to not play them.

P.S. even prelude is problematic full of balance issues. They hit lighting in a bottle with vanilla TM. It's just beautiful, 2p none corp era and corp era are almost perfect.

It’s not “lightning in a bottle.” It works like that by design. Rock Paper Scissors is easier to balance than Rock Paper Scissors Boulder Knife Meteor.

For the record, the preludes make this game way more interesting than the base. Prelude 2 is very fun. I’ve yet to play turmoil but I’m not a big fan of colonies nor Venus.

They should make the board procedurally generated on here. That would be so good. You would obviously need to have parameters and limiters in place.

That's just not true. Corps like Point Luna could have been easily balancecd, many of the promo cards are just lazily designed with zero considerations to the impact of the game. The valuation is all over the place, it's just general bad designs after the original game. Honestly, it's as though it was designed by different people completely.

Take Kevin Wilson's Civilization the Board Game for example, probably one of most beautiful game ever designed, each expansion greatly improved on the original base game, while adding more and more game mechanics, until the climax reached it's full height on the 3rd and final expansion that fixed everything and rebalanced combat, government, culture....just a master piece. That's proper game design.

Yeah, I’m with Royal Rook here. Prelude is lightning in a bottle. 2p corp era is preferred and I think the most balanced.
