Ban me for life instead. Your * website works terribly on mobile. It takes forever to refresh, to send moves to server, to update. I press the confirm button five, even TEN times before it clicks through. One time it took more than FOUR minutes to update and complete the turn. So im travelling and only have access to mbile devices. The same exact problems occur on my iphone, my ipad, my kindle fire (using the browser and the app), my kindle, my kid's kindle fires, and my android tablet. I would be waiting and watching the timer run down, open the site on a different device in a desparate attempt not to get expelled, sometimes that worked sometimes not. And while this is happening there is NO way to message my opponent and tell tem what is happening. Usually they are very patient, but everyone has limits. So i suddenly start getting expelled, and in the youve been penalized message it ALWAYS says the record shows the site was functioning correctly. What version of 'correct' is that?!?! So with no way to get to a PC and make up my lost karma my reputation tanks. Many players (understandably) refuse to join games with me. Im so paranoid about running out of time i play even more poorly than usual. People are now faster to expell me. Of note, this NEVER happened when i was paying for premium. Not a single time. So please BGA, ban me for life. Email me a confrmation so i can print it out, frame it and hang it in my office. You are so full of it that MY eyes are probably brown.

The website is performing worse than it used to but never-the-less you are either over-exaggerating, or have very poor internet connection.

If the website was as bad for all players like you describe, wouldn't everyone have the same problems as you?

My mum has played 18000 games, is not premium, almost always has 30+ games on the go. Lives in North America, has never complained to me about bad service.

That's a reasonable critique. I certainly don't mean to imply it's the same for all players. I've taken, when I have to play on a mobile device, to starting every game by pasting into the chat: "I'm playing on a mobile device and the lag is terrible. Please don't expell me if the timer expires." A number of players have responded with things like "Yeah, I know how that goes." So it doesn't seem reasonable, given that, to believe it's only a problem for me, personally. Fact. Also a fact, my karma sank so low I now can't even send a chat to my opponent. So I don't have that chance to alleviate concerns.

It's idiotic to say the service will be the same for everyone. And as I said, I don't have the problem on a computer, only on mobile devices. Five separate mobile devices. All of which I've run speed tests on the connection before playing, and it registers from fast to very fast or I don't even play. Your mum having one experience doesn't mean that everyone else has that experience. And we don't know if she plays on a computer or a mobile, do we?

I didn't say that. I said it's the same service from BGA to everyone. That's as much as BGA can control.

So your problem is your end.
You did not clearly state in the OP that it's fine for you on a computer.

You might get a bit more sympathy (and help) if you didn't shoot at everything without looking. BGA aren't deliberately giving out a poor service.
