Unable to end game after expel/quit. Known bug?

I reported this on the Earth bug forum, but I wanted to know if this is a site wide bug. I was playing a 3 player game. One of the players expelled another player who was trying to finish their last turn. Then that player immediately quit. This brought up the "end game" prompt but I was unable to end the game. Clicking it had no effect. I was forced to quit. I didn't take a karma hit, but it put Player 2, who was not being very sportsman like, into first position and scored them 11 ELO points, which really irks me. If this is a known bug, then BGA could see if they exploited that bug before and mod them. Otherwise, I guess I'll just report it as an Earth bug and hope it gets fixed.

I may be a bug, but it would not affect the outcome of the game. Once a player is expelled, all other players are deemed tied for first with immediate effect, no matter what stage the game has reached. This is why many people simply quit right away, because playing out the game won't matter.

The other players won this game and get 100% of normal ELO points (because 100% of this game was played before the incident).

You can see that both you and the other player were awarded 1st.

This was not exploiting a bug. Expelling a person has this effect in all games, or non-coop games at least. There is no prohibition against expelling someone on the very last turn even when you're losing. You can be indignant about it if you want. I'd even agree it's poor sportsmanship. But it's not something that is going to receive moderation and the mods are busy enough without trying to police everyone's individual interpretation of sportsmanship.

I guess. It just irritated me to see someone expell some guy who had stated they needed more time then get ELO for doing so. This will be an issue with Earth Abundance as people have lots of seeds to exchange sometimes in the last turn.
