Are the cards ordered from the start or randomized in each draw?

I know it doesn't really change anything, but I just really wanna know!
Just to clarify, the question is: when a game is created, are all the cards randomized into a specific order that will be drawed sequentially (as what happens in a game IRL), or are the draws randomized from the remaining cards every time it's needed? Maybe the developer's around and he/she can answer!

There is no way it's not randomized on the fly. How else would it know so well how to give your opponent the perfect card or to screw you so well ? Definitly that...

In this case, it's just easier to program it that way because you have some effects that put some cards at the bottom (in MW at least)
