Just had this happen in a game (https://boardgamearena.com/10/heat?table=582332790#):
- Went to play a Wings card forgetting I was in a weather section with no cooling down (oops)
- The game then flips a card from my deck to replace it, with the log text "TheSlaternator Flips a 2 to resolve the + (boost) symbol"
- Moving 2 extra spaces here would be massive as I'd get round a corner 1 turn earlier, so I play Gas Pedal (1 movement, and then 1 extra for each boost symbol)
- The game moves me 1 space, and then moves me 0 since I had apparently resolved 0 boost symbols that go, despite the game stating otherwise
I would not have played Gas pedal if I'd have known this was the case (since it would have been very useful on the straight coming up) - I think the wording for flipping a card due to not having enough heat needs to be updated to state it will not count as a boost symbol for purposes of Gas Pedal here.
