Annoyed with default to Arena mode

I have no interest in playing arena. I keep seeing instances where the default is changed to arena mode, and I don't notice before the game is force started. I stopped playing Azul as much because it started doing this to me. I would prefer the site stick to my default settling for a game. I wonder how many people feel the same way.

I feel equally annoyed about the same issue, only the opposite. I almost exclusively play arena across all the games I enjoy. Every time I load BGA up, I have to go click arena as it is set to play.

I wonder how the site chooses what is displayed.

I have seen it, and it was with Azule to boot. I posted about it in this board. Previously the same thing happened with Wingspan.
