I received a mail about a game that I didin't play. I says that I played Bang! today with strangers and lost. I didn't play any game on BGA today. Is that possible that someone stole my account ? I can still access it. That's weird. How can I contact the staff ?

I doubt anyone stole your account (although you can obviously change your password to be safe).

The game that you are referring to was started 10 days ago, which happens to be the last time you seem to have been online playing games. Since you didn't play for over a week, someone booted you for the time violation.

The likely answer is that you probably accidentally clicked on a game to join (or started a game search) for BANG! 10 days ago, got put in a game and didn't realize it, then got booted.
