Cable car glitch?

Hi,

The cable car card shows two rock icons, but in the game I just played, my opponent was able to play cable car touching one rock.

You either missed a rock, or they have the sponsor Diversity Researcher played. That allows them to ignore rock/water requirements.

I checked the game log and opponent did indeed have Diversity Researcher sponsor which allowed them to do this.
