Bug or Correct Implimentation?

I had double blue arrows in positions 8 and 9. I had a 7 point card in 10.

When I rolled an 8, I expected to be able to select 9, which would allow me to select 10 for 7 points.

Instead what happened was I selected 9, then it jumped to buy a card.

I know it cannot bounce back and forth, but I expected to have it chain to 10.

The one thing I am not sure of is if it automatically went to 10 (since it couldn't go back to 8) and gave me the points before jumping to buy a card.
I was so surprised by it going to buy a card, I never checked if it added points.

I don't think I can find the game again to post it.

On Move 84, you rolled an 8.

Initially, you selected 8, then selected 9, and you gained 7VP.
You reset your turn for some reason, activated a +1 cube (turning the 3+5 into 3+5+1 = 9), selected 9, selected 10, and you gained 7VP.

It worked the way it was supposed to the first time.
You can see it in the window on the right that keeps track of what coins/VP each player earns on each roll, and the first time, when you selected 8, then 9, you can see on the right that you got the 7VP.

Game mechanics worked as they should.

Yes I reset my turn because I was surprised it went to buy card. I never looked to see if the points went up.

Serendipitously, I just had another game where I had the same set up. 8 and 9 double blue arrows, a 7 point card in 10.

I rolled an 8, chose 9, and this time looked at the points and saw it give me 7. So since the only way 9 could go was up to 10, it automatically did it and then went to buy, just like it should. This time I watched and saw it.
