Occupation 174a: bosporus traveler

This occupation states "With each new (pregnant or non-pregnant) cattle you place in your cattle stable, you can buy 1 spices for 4 silver. Alternatively, you can buy 1 silk for 3 silver."

However, if I buy cattle as an action, this ability does not apply on BGA. It only allows me to buy stuff during the breeding phase.

Am I understanding the occupation wrong or is there a bug on BGA?

i just had a game with this occupation card, and i can confirm that it did indeed activate on all four of these occasions.
1. when i took the 4V action to buy a cattle + sheep
2. when i took the 2V action to buy a cattle + milk
3. when i received cattle as a bonus, during phase 10 (from the Orkney island)
4. when one of my pregnant cattle gave birth, during phase 8

so i am going to wager a guess that this bug (if it existed at all) has now been fixed. thanks BGA!
