Impossible leaveing this game?

How can i do to leave this game without any penalty???

Under each person's name is the amount of accumulated thinking time that they have left. When it reaches a negative number, a button will activate that any other player can press. That will force them to a) skip all of their turns when it becomes their turn, and b) vote yes to all suggestions to abandon the game.
