Scoring Question: why didn't I get points from my Nature's Spirit card (Table #591886656)

I thought I understood scoring, but I expected to get +12 points from my Nature's Spirit card and instead I got 0 points: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=591886656

What am I not understanding?

You didn't score the Nature's Spirit card because you failed to complete the condition of the card by having a single field in a line with 2 cities, and then scoring the card with a cube.
