Cars "Legend"

Hello,
Why the cars legend do not go forward as scheduled by the official rules ? and as scheduled on their moving card in bottom of screen ?

They do follow the rules.

I've looked at the last 3 games you played and they all had "Pro Legends +3", which means the legends move 3 additional spaces on the straights.
