The time limit on Quantum appears to be a little bit overzealous. In nearly every game I've played someone ran out of time even though they were playing at a reasonable speed.
The main issue seems to be that turns can vary wildly in terms of how much the players can achieve. With the right combination of Advance cards, you can have a huge number of actions which take a while to resolve even if you're playing quickly.
Are there any plans to address this?
