How do I activate the bell to know when a player is looking for a match? I know some games have a bell to do it. but I don't know how to activate the daybreak one

Only games with little activity have the bell. I think the limit is 15 minutes of expected wait time. Of course, the actual wait time can be much longer than the expected one.
