I’ve always enjoyed organizing small over-the-board gaming tournaments from 10-20 people. Earlier this year I discovered both Ark Nova & BGA’s online tournaments. Absolutely love the game! And love how easy it is to organize tournaments with BGA. Since the summer, a small group of friends and I have been playing monthly AN tournaments on BGA. But why should we confine the fun to only a few? Why not expand this to everyone from the land of Polar Bears and Moose? Wouldn’t it be great to play for a National Championship? So we’ve created a BGA group “Canadian Ark Nova Players” to do that.
Our inaugural tournament, the “Canada Cup Ark Nova Championship” is open to Canadian AN players of all levels.

Structure:
- Phase 1: A four or five round Swiss tournament. So everyone gets to play at least 4 or 5 games.
- Phase2: Single-Elimination between the top players from phase1. The winner is declared National Champion!
